Privacy Policy

This is a draft Privacy Policy. The final version will be reviewed by counsel.

What we collect

• Account: email, name, password hash, plan, usage counters.
• Sheets: your cell content, formulas, named ranges, sharing metadata.
• Telemetry: IP, user agent, timestamps for security and audit.
• Billing: only the Stripe customer id — no card data on our servers.

How AI calls work

When you invoke an AI function (SENTIMENT, CLASSIFY, etc.) the cell content is sent to our model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) wrapped in untrusted-data boundaries. We aggressively cache identical inputs to minimize calls. We do not train any model on your data.

Storage

Encrypted at rest with AES-256, in transit with TLS 1.3. EU and Gulf-region hosting available on Builder and Enterprise plans.

Your rights

Access, export (CSV / xlsx), correct, and delete your data at any time. Deletion of an account permanently removes workbooks within 30 days.
